Brazil Data Transfer Tests

Objective

To fill the 1 Gbps pipe between US and Brazil.

Hardware set up

a) Client:5 machines running a total of 20 clients at UERJ

b) Server: Vanderbilt.

c) Depots: Two depots (one currently not functional) at Florida and two at michigan.

d) Blackboard server: Vanderbilt

Parameters

1. File Size: 250MB

2. Number of transfers: 10,000 uploads
