Agenda for All-Hands
My experience is: if you want to have discussion leave plenty of time during/after the talk for it - that is when it is most likely to happen and when the best discussion will happen.
So I propose to break the day into pieces - one for each sub-group and then one at the end to tie it all together.
we need a scribe for each session to write down action items from that session and major decisions.
we know of some issues that should be discussed (we should start to write those down now!
titles of working group probably need to be changed?
